1.Do I have to make a reservation?

-Yes, please make a reservation to guarantee a table.  No walk-in on weekends. All Rsvps made online only.

2.What does the $20 deposit cover? 

-The $20 is to reserve your table, it will be subtracted from total at check-out.

3.Can I take my ceramics the same day? 

-All ceramics take 1 week to be ready. We have to glaze and fire them to have a glossy finish. You may take your items the same date but they will not be glossy or useable(not waterproof).

4.Can my order be Rushed?

-We can only do a rush order when there’s space in kiln, 4 days would be the quickest.

5.Can I bring beverages?

-Yes, you can have water,juice,bubble Tea,coffee…etc.(Non-Alcoholic)

6.Do I have to pick-up or can someone else pick-up.

-Anyone can pick-up as long as the Full Name of order(name used to Rsvp) is given and they know how many items are being picked up.

6.Can my order be shipped?

-Yes, we do ship orders. There is a fee depending on the size of the order (small, medium or large box).

7.Can I have extra time if I’m late?

-Unfortunately no, we always have back to back reservations. Our time slots are strict, everyone must be done accordingly. 

8. What is the age limit to paint?

-None! Anyone can paint in our studio. $9 children 12 years old and under, $13 per Adults and $16 for parent and kid(1 item together, recommended for 3 years old or younger).
